We found the hotel perfectly located near the train station, making it easy to explore Aachen with our three teenagers. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of tasty options that everyone enjoyed. Plus, the room was comfortable for our family.
My wife says that the lack of privacy in the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable for our teenagers.

The hotel was really quiet, which was
a pleasant surprise given its proximity to the train station. I found my double room very comfortable, although I noted that the bathroom was a bit small and could be cramped. The staff were friendly, making my stay enjoyable overall.

missingWrote a review on 04 Decbreakfast selectionexcellent showerpoor layout
Great selection of breakfast options, both hot and cold, for a budget hotel. Excellent shower with high pressure and hot water.
An awkwardly placed clothes hanging rail right next to the bed made getting in and out tricky. The bathroom flooding when showering created a mess, and the noise from neighboring rooms during the night was disruptive. The cleanliness of the carpet left much to be desired, and the bar area felt bare and uninviting.

The shower was great, but the noisy neighbors kept me up at night.

The hotel offers a cozy room close to the city center. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped for comfort.

I was absolutely appalled by my stay. The bathroom was cramped and barely functioned. Also, the placement of the ridiculous clothing rail almost made getting in and out of bed impossible. Honestly, I expected at least a complimentary upgrade after such inconveniences, but no, I was treated like everyone else, and I just couldn’t give a good review.

The room was comfy and well-equipped, perfect for a short stay. The bed was cozy, and I really liked that it was quiet despite being in a central location by the train station. The only bummer was the air conditioning not working. it got pretty hot and I had to sleep with the window open.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially how clean the room was and that I easily found a relaxing spot at the bar to wind down after a long day. There were great options for unwinding, like a cozy lounge and a lovely terrace to sit outside. The bathroom was a bit cramped, but it didn’t spoil my experience at all. I’d say grab some breakfast in the city instead of at the hotel. 😊

Great spot for exploring and we loved visiting the town center and nearby mall. The hotel is a quick walk from the station, making travel easy. The breakfast had plenty of fresh options and good value. Staff were friendly, and we felt safe throughout our stay.
One of the heaters in our room was giving cold air, making the room a bit colder than we preferred.

The location was superb, just a short walk to the station and shops. I appreciated the attentive staff who were available late in case of travel issues. The sound-proofing in the room exceeded my expectations, which allowed for a restful night despite being near a busy street. I also discovered some nice cafes nearby for breakfast. 😊
